Re: partnership dissolution
Execute a written agreement terminating the partnership with your husband and provide in the agreement for the payment of debts, collection of revenue, etc. Thereafter notify all of the parties with whom you have done business that the partnership no longer exists and that you are continuing the business as an individual. Make appropriate changes in the bank account, checks, contracts, orders and letterhead to indicate that you are functioning as a sole proprietorship.
