Legal Question in Business Law in New York

I am currently in a position where 2 friends and I formed an "umbrella" and incorporated our 3 business ventures. Due to our current situation, and lack of funds, we had to do it as one. I am currently being pushed out, which is in my favor believe it or not. What claim do I have over the entity that was under my control? I am being offered a much greater position now, with a new company. What hold do I have over the brand name, as well as the product that I created, and funded?

In addition to that, the lack of work from the rest of my team, has been well documented.

Any attorney will tell you, more facts are needed to provide an answer. Was just one corporation formed? Who owned the corporation and in what percentages? Who owned the brand? Was the brand protected (registered), and if so, who is the registered owner? Either re-post your attorney question or consult with a business attorney in your area.
