Need help with Pro Se response to lawsuit
Emergency! How can I obtain forms and information to respond to a lawsuit from a firm based in Manhattan, New York?
I am a senior living in California. I do not have the resources to hire a New York business/contract attorney. I have fifteen days to respond. This lawsuit stems from a business partnership that existed eight years ago. Isn't there a statute of limitation?

You're going to have to get either paid or free help and info from someone in NY; suggest you call their local Lawyers Referral Service as a start.
