Question about sign on bonus
Hi,
I recently started a new job and have only been there a month. It is employment at will and I recieved a sign on bonus, but I do not like the job. After leaving is it legal to keep the sign on bonus, or do I need to return it or face being sued. I am not sure. I did not sign any term contract for it and the job does not suit me, though I really thought that it would.

Re: Question about sign on bonus
It depends on what you signed when you accepted the position and bonus and what the expectations of the parties are. I would be able to discuss this further with you, so please feel free to contact me.
Kind regards,
