My husband owns a business and wants me to be a signature on the account. What are the liabilities for me? Can I be responsible for anything other than signing checks?

Re: signature on business account
With proper cautions, you can limit your responsibility to the signing of checks. If you become active in the business or cosign or guarantee corporate obligations you may then take on personal responsibilities.
