Starting a Small Business
If I was starting a business and wanted to use trademarked logo's from professional sports team. What can I do? I want to be able to do this legally as well as with minimal cost. Please point me in the right direction. Thank you for your time.

Most likely you will need to license the logo and pay a fee if approved. The team will want to vet anything their name is onso be prepared with samples of all products.
