Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Hello I am starting a website in which i hand make props and replicas from movies tv show etc...also throught the years i have collected many pieces or art work ( for example a 12" by 18" print of Superman) it seems silly to ask it so bluntly but am i breaking any laws doing that?

That's not a silly question because in fact you may be infringing on copyright and/or trademark rights with your hand-made items depending on exactly what they are.
You should call your intellectual property lawyer (not your business lawyer) to discuss. If you don't have an IP lawyer, feel free to contact my office for a phone appointment.
