Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
My brother is american , he passed away last February. He didn't have a will.
I am egyptian , living in cairo, what is my rights in his money in USA.

You didn't state if your parents are still living. If they are still living, and your brother was not married and did not have children, your parents would be entitled to his net estate.
