Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

my landlord has stopped my mail intentionally and is picking it up themselves at the post office. I have not recived any of my mail in 2 weeks.

Go to your local post office to file a complaint. It might be a violation of the postal regulation. As a result of your complaint, the post office may open up a criminal investigation.
