Lesbian Living Together Contract. Is This Enforcable?

Partner and I were together for almost 3 years. We signed a ''Living Together Contract'' so that I would be protected financially if anything ever happened to her or the relationship. It was signed by both of us but not notarized. It included very specific clauses such as ''All property and income accrued during the time living together belongs in equal parts to both and shall be divided equally upon dissolution of the relationship'' It says that the contract must be dealt with through arbitration.

Last yearshe threw me out and forced me into homelessness. I did not have a penny to my name. She took the keys to my car (it was in her name) and threw me out of ''our'' house (I was not on the lease).She also kept all of my belongings because I obviously had no way to transport them from the house. However, this contract seems to verify that all property and income was shared, which would mean I may be entitled to almost a half million dollars.

Any advice greatly appreciated!
