Does a mall cop have the right to kick you out of the mall for kissing?

With few exceptions, malls are owned by private entities. As a result, they have the right to make their own rules, which do not violate civil rights laws or public policy. For instance, they couldn't have a rule that states no Blacks allowed. However, they could have a rule that says no sagging pants and no kissing. If mall rules are broken, the violators can be escorted out.
If you believe he was acting outside of his authority, complain to mall management.
