Internet Gambling Laws
I'm looking to develop an Internet gaming/gambling website. What are the legal restrictions of such a venture? Can it be based in the USA? How do the online poker sites operate now to comply with the law? Thank you for your time.

For now your plans proably need to include a move overseas. US authorities at both state and federal levels prosecute online gambling sites, but can't as easily get to the offshore operations.
