Is it legal?

Is cam sex legal, between consenting adults? If it differs in states, is NY legalized state?

Your question is a bit inexact but . . . assuming the people are (i) adults, (ii) capable of, and actually, giving informed consent then you have no problem. If you seek to publish (i.e. showing to a third person) these clips you likely (in fact almost certainly) require a release from the people/person on the tape.
