construction contract
can the home owner terminate our contract in the beginning of the work ?
We just finished demo parts. He asked more beyond our contract. i said '' No '' . He is not happy. He wants to terminate . Can he do it ?

You cannot force an individual to comply with a contract. If the homeowner terminates the contract, he or she would be responsible for your out of pocket costs together with loss of profit.
