Joint venture agreements
Sir, can i have a sample templates of how ajoint venture agreement between land owner and builder should be. i mean what clauses it should consist of.

You may consider engaging a local lawyer to draft suitable agreement containing all the terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by both the parties.

More information is needed.
A joint venture agreement is usually between 2 parties for the purpose of performing under a contract for a third party. For example, A is in the business of buinding computer hardware. B is in the business of programing computer software. C needs a computer system. A and B may enter into a joint venture agreement to build a computer system for C. C would enter into a contract with the joint venture entity for the system.
In your question, if the builder is constructing a house for the landowner, then it is not a joint venture agreement but a contract.
