Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I'm looking to buy a used car from the year 2000. My mother said if I use a money order lemon laws would apply. Is this true?

Please read the NY Attorney General's website on how a car is covered by the lemon laws.
The website page is http://www.ag.ny.gov/consumer-frauds/used-car-lemon-law-fact-sheet.
As shown by the webpage, it's not that simple or difficult.
