Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
A fuel oil company mistakenly delivered 150gl fuel into my tank, instead of my neighbors across the street. They had the house number and description of house, and the name, none of which matched my location. Am i legally obligated to pay him for it?

I would negotiate an amount that you would have had to pay to your fuel carrier. Therefore, no harm no foul.
