Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Gas station flowmeter
Hi. I have 13.2 gallons tank in my car but recently when I top off the car the flow meter showed 14.591 gallons which means that the meter is broken or it was done on purpose. I fuel my car there often and with time significant money could be involved if it was like that for long. What can I do in this situation? Thank you.
