Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Gym membership agreement
I signed a 1 yr contract for a gym membership for both my husband and myself on Nov. 15, 2006. The gym was supposed to open on Dec. 1st and has not yet. They are now HOPING to open the week of Dec. 10th. Is there a legal way that I can get out of the contract before the gym opens up?????
