Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Seeking refund in NY. Jennifer Furniture sofa frame broke after just one week of use! Also was delivered damaged with scratches on it. Uncaring people at so-called customer service refuse to issue a refund and keep stalling by sending adjusters to our home, causing me to miss 2 days of work. The adjusters barely speak English & claim that "all damage can be repaired in your home." As if your living room is their factory floor! Offered to replace or exchange but we want nothing to do with their inferior products. Seeking a full refund. Options? Small claims court? Thank you in advance.
