Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I signed a new car sales agreement on Sunday and contacted the salesman to cancel the agreement on Monday. The agreement was signed only by me and not the dealer. They are now refusing to give me back the deposit. So far I contacted the sales manager, opened a case with Nissan Motor Corp, and credit card company. Did I loose my deposit? Is the contract with my signature only enforceble?
