Penal Law 220.39 is third degree possession of a controlled substance. A B felony, it carries terms of up to 25 years in prison. The top sentence is 8 years, 4 months to 25 years. If you are a first-time offender, you might be eligible for a diversion under Section 60.04 of the penal law. Repeat offenders must do time inside. IF you sold to a minor, you will probably not get probation, and sentences of 5-15 are about as generous as DAs are likely to be.
Why are you asking the internet instead of your lawyer???? You MUST have counsel. You're charged with a B felony, and you can do substantial time behind that.
