if collection companys keep calling you about bills that are 15 years old what can you.

Federal and state laws protect you from harrassing phone calls from creditors. Tell to put their allegations in writing. If they don't already have your address, don't give it to them. They may not be legitimate.
If you receive the claim in writing, dispute the debt withing 30 days. Also include a statute of limittations defense.
Next, tell them not to call you anymore.
Their only option after that will be to sue you.
If they sue, you must assert all defenses in your answer to the lawsuit, including statute of limitations.
