Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

debt collection statute of limitations

I used cash advances to keep my drafting business afloat and was unable to pay back 10 years ago. I haven't paid them anything on the debt. They froze my only checking account that had my SSA direct deposits. How do I stop them??
