jUDGEMENT CREDITOR
CAN AN EMPLOYER ANSWER AN INFORMATION CLAIM BY A CREDITOR AGAINST AN EMPLOYEE. i HAVE RECEIVED AN ENTITLED INFORMATION SUPENOA BUT THE ADRESS DOES NOT MATCH THE EMPLOYEE'S. THEY WANT COPIES OF CHECKS, AND SENSITIVE PAYROLL INFO.
