Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

mbna line of credit

I cant not get off my credit history mbna line of credit i used in 1999 i have paid it over and over again and now i have a judement against my credit for over $11,000.00 and you can get anyone on the phone from mbna and now bank of america has taken them over, which they have not clue of what you are talking about. and the collection agency only sees you have $11,000 owed to them which is not true. i dont know what to do. I have read some of the comments they were made about mbna and the story sounds oh to familiar it is unfair for the company to get away with this type of pratice.

you have to gather your proof of payment eivdence and whatever other documentation you have to prove you paid this debt off...then contact the represenatives of the credit card compnay...
