Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

What should i do if somebody doesn't pay me for transporting their cars . i have a written contract.

You need to first, write a demand letter with a 7-10 day deadline. If the bill remains unpaid, you will be forced to sue the person. If the contract is with your company rather than you as an individual, you should retain counsel for the lawsuit.
