Old Power Bill
My mother was contacted yesterday regarding a power bill that they claim was not paid in 1993. Is this legal I was lead to believe that they only have 6 years.

Would seem like the statute of limitations has run and if she made any payment now it would make the entire amount due. I would tell them that the statute of limitations has expired and would not make any partial payment without first consulting an attorney.
