Statute of Limitations Question - A patient makes a partial payment on a doctor's bill six years after the last date of service. Does the the statute start to run after the last date of tretament or is it from the last payment?

Statute of limitations period on a contract claim runs from the breach. However, since the patient made a payment, the period would run from the last payment.
