Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Verizon Wireless- Corporate criminals

I terminated my contract (as a breech of contract) with Verizon due to the fact they breeched our terms on several occassions. I do not owe these criminals a dime, they have confiscated my deposit, and now are attempting to fleece me with bogus fees. They filed false and misleading information to my complaint with our NYSAG who non the less did absolutely nothing, They have also enlisted the services of CCA Collections that will not stop bothering us after numerous times being told to stop!

What are my options? I'm told my wonderful politicians sold out my right to litigate by allowing these political contirbuting corporate crooks to have some kind of ''mediation'' without my willing consent. (NO ONE without a legal degree can decifer their contracts). Can I file a claim in small claims court against them? I am totally disabled and cannot afford a huge legal bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! I even paid these crooks in full money I did not legally owe so as to keep on the right side of the law!!!! NOW I'm being bullied-period!!!!!

I cannot assist you without knowing the facts. You say they breached the contract. How? If there is a mediation clause in the agreement you will be required to mediate the dispute though I don't know if mediation is final. I think you can sue in small claims court AFTER the mediation, but the contract may require it first.
