Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
ACD arrested
I was arrested by Westchester
county police for a minor marijuana
violation about a month and a half
ago and I was given a 1 year ACD.
Recently I was arrested again for
disorderly conduct, trespassing and
an ABC violation. My mother said the
police told her I would receive a
misdemeanor charge, but the
arresting officer told me they were
only violation charges. I was only
given two appearance tickets for
trespassing and the ABC violation.
What should I do in court?
