i have a arraignment coming up for identity theft in the 1st degree and grand larceny in the 4th degree this coming monday , i never was arrested before in my life I am 44 years old. I am in buffalo new york what can I do?

You can probably plea bargain to a misdemeanor and np jail, especially if you can make full restitution immediately.
