If he was convicted of his third felony, it sounds like he's headed for a stretch in State Prison. How long depends on the charge for which he was on probation and seriousness of the new felony. It also depends on whether he is a persistent felony offender and facing life. In other words I need a lot more information.

It would be highly recommended to have an experienced lawyer defending him and preserving his rights in court. It would also greatly increase the chance of a more acceptable resolution. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
