Re: Boyfriend being questioned

Do not talk to them. You can be charged with a crime if you do. Tell them you have to speak with a lawyer and that they should leave you alone.

Re: Boyfriend being questioned

You are under no obligation to speak to the police. It may be a good idea to consult with an attorney to make sure the police do not continue to bother you and so you can fully understand your rights.

Re: Boyfriend being questioned

There is no law which states you must speak to the police and in not speaking to them you are doing nothing wrong... nor do you HAVE to cooperate with them.

one ption would be to hire a lawyer and simply tell the officers to spea to your lawyer if they have any questions - that will permanently get them off of your back.

Re: Boyfriend being questioned

Do not speak to any law enforcement authority without an attorney present. You do not have to -provide any info but if you do and it is not truthful, you may have legal problems. I can advise you more specifically if you contact my office @7188340087 for a consultation.
