Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

what chance do i have to have a case dismissed under these conditions; after purchasing a bag of weed ,cops arrested me blocks away from the location, but did not arrest the seller. Is this entrapment? Later the cops kept going back there to collect more buyers to bust but never arresting the seller.

No it is not entrapment, the seller can be a cop who offers the product for sale. Entrapment is getting you to do something you would not do under ordinary circumstances. You do not have a chance in trying to get the case dismissed under the issues you outlined. Not a prayer.

From your description ,it does not seem to be entrapment. I suggest having a more detailed consultation. Please contact my office @ 7188340087 to do so.

You have no chance at all to get this case thrown out on these facts... in NY here is no right to have all parties arrested, the police can charge you and not the seller with no effect to their case what so ever.

Get yourself a good criminal defense attorney, that would be your best bet to get a good ohtcone on your case.
