conspiracy to bring drugs into the country

This incident happened over 20yrs ago. I was charged with conspiracy to bring drugs (cocaine) into the country. Can I get this charge exsponged? I have only one charge. I served 4months and had a 10 yr supervised release. I got off the supervision early.
