Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

a cop in a nearby town threatened my fiancee. Can I have him arrested? If I had one of my hometown cops beat the crap out of him, what would happen? Is it legal for a cop to beat another cop? If a cop gave me a ticket and lost in court, would he be fired/disciplined by his boss? Screamed at by the judge/ (he deserves ALL THREE)

I would make a complaint to the cop's superior and then avoid that town. It is not legal for one cop to beat up another. If he gave you a ticket and you beat it in court he would probably not be disciplined. If there is continuing harassment try making a complaint to the Attorney General's office.
