how to ask court to seal its own file?
if i have 160.55 in my certificate of disposition, how do i ask the court to seal its own file on my case after it is sealed?

YOu can make a motion. The court has an inherent right to seal its own file. The motion is an easy one to make but requires you know how to do it and have access to the case law supporting your position. Assuming the case is already over, you cannot make an oral motion.
Moreover many courts are unaware that the sealing statute does not cover sealing the courts own file and requires a separate motion.
