Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Criminal Charge
PG 165.40
Is this a misdemeanor or a felony charge. I am in the state of florida, however, a employee provided this paperwork to us and told me it was a misdemeanor and not a felony which makes a difference in whether she can keep her job. Please let me know.
The charge was Criminal Possesion of Stolen Property 5th. She pled guilty.
This charge is out of the state of NY.
