Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
someone who i got into a fist fight with two months ago is now pressing charges. She went to hit me first and a fight broke out. after it was over she wanted to start again and i ignored and is pressing charges that she got a concussion during the fight i also saw her at valleyball practice the next three days. will i still get charged?
