Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
if a fugitive is wanted in arizona, and he has lunch at our house, are we 'harboring a fugitive' or otherwise endangering ourselves legally?

Having contact with a fugitive is not harboring as long as you do nothing to help him avaid apprehension. Don't let him sleep over.
