Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have/had a conditional discharge in NY from 1995. I have not violated those terms, and was under the impression after the year term it would be dismissed. I see that it is currently on my FBI rap sheet, can it be removed? What options are available?

You need to have your filed sealed at the state level for it to be removed from the FBI's list.
