Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have been hired at a major bank in NYC. recently I have been arrested but not convicted. If my charges are dismissed, can the arrest record be used as grounds to fire?

Actually, you may . . . (repeat) may have to report an incident of a arrest to your employer . . . but before you do anything, see an attorney because it may all depend on the circumstances of your arrest. Don't be penny-wise and pound-foolish. Jobs are hard to find.
