When i was 18 i was arrested for
shoplifting 20$ worth of items. The
court offered me an ACD had to do
15 hours of community service and
after 6 months it was sealed and
dismissed. I am now filling out a form
that is asking me if i have ever been
found guilty after a trial, or pleaded
guilty, no contest, or nolo contendere
to a crime (felony, or misdemeanor)
in any court...do I answer yes or no
to this question cause i was not
convicted?

You can safely answer "no" ,you have never been convicted of a crime.
