Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
if i lie in a police report and statement about a person that's on parole what could happen to me?? i have never being jail or committed any crimes in the past!!!

Among many possible outcomes, if you made a sworn statement, you could be prosecuted for perjury/filing a false instrument.
