Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If a person is arrested for a misdemeanor and the case gets dismissed and sealed, if a police officer stops you for any reason and looks you up will they see your prior arrest?

Yes. Assuming it is the same Police Department the Officer will be able to see the person has an arrest where the records are sealed.
