Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Sex Tape cont.

I asked a question about my friend and his sex tape that he made w/ his ex who agreed to make the tape. He hasn't shown anyone the tape or sent it to anyone or anything like that. She simply wants the tape so she may destroy it. There isnt anything she can do unless he shows the world the tape right?

I would definitely need to see the tape. As a former Assist. District Attorney, we used to say, "the proof is in the pudding." And she could sue you if you disclose it or "publish" it.... call a lawyer.. consults are free.
