son's detained at precinct

my son was arrested for being in a group of boys where another was assaulted. Two ran away, the other two (my son was one) was being detained in the precinct and interrogated...He has been sent downtown to ''booking'' tonite so i cannot speak with him anymore....does that mean that he is being brought up on charges? what can I do about getting him ''out'?

Re: son's detained at precinct

It is likely he is either still being questioned or was arrested and is being processed for arraignment. At the arraignment ,your son will be told of the charges, and then either bail or release will take place. When you get this information you may contact my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
