Get an attorney and start defending yourself! You need representation immediately or sooner. The three charges against you or the person charged are very serious and could bring jail time. You do not want to fool around with charges like this.

If you need assistance or would like to discuss these further, you can contact my office at 516-746-4747 or please contact an experienced criminal attorney in your area.

The next step would be retain the services of an experienced lawyer that can defend you and preserve your rights in court. It would also greatly increase the chance of lowering the charges. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
