Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Someone stole my identity deposited checks from a company with my name and address on the check withdrew said checks and all my funds the teller and the manager from the bank are being arrested and I wanna know can I sue company,and Jp Morgan chase?

It all depends if the actions of JP Morgan (insufficient controls, supervision, hiring, management) caused your loss. If so, you can sue, among other things, for bounced check fees and other losses.
